- Screening of the new strain destructors of oil and oil products from polluted soil, water, forming the collection of microorganisms::
- Creating the screening model for several groups of hydrocarbons aliphatics, aromatic, condenced) as well as microorganisms,
active in the low temperatures (psychropheles)
- Studying the physiological and bio chemical peculiarities of the perspective strains of the oil degrading microorganisms, their
identification and performing the stabilizing selection by their destructive activity
- Registration of the Ecological Collection of Microorganisms in Japanese worldwide databank and insertion in the world catalogue
- Creation of the technology of producing the micro preparations on the base of strain destructors:
- Optimization of the cultivation and nutrient mediums conditions for creating biopreparations (nitrogen and hydrocarbon feeding,
time of recultivation,, РН, salt structure of the environment)
- Processing of the quantitative diffusion method of measuring the destructive activity on clear hydrocarbons
- Evaluation of the activity of the sorbent with different chemical parameters to optimize their forms for water objects
- Studying the microbiological destruction of different fractions of the oil products with spectral and chromographic methods
- Evaluation of possibility of joint cultivation of microorganisms on the basis of their combined actions and optimization of this
process.
- Creation of the technology of bio preparations based on strain destructors of the oil products:
- Studying the usage of different plants on the late stages of soil cleaning for recreating the fertile layer
- Perfecting of the of the electro-physical methods of soil cleaning:
- Bio electrical cleaning technique can be used in any season for any soil. The cleaning is lead only a few months, that lowens the
time resources. Equipment, energy, water and bio preparations are also limited and that is why the cost of works is also much lower then during common methods. Cleaning can be done by 1 man and so monitoring expenses are minimal
- Perfecting of the pipeline contactless diagnostic methods. The developed KMD 01 device allows us to solve the following problems:
- detection of the danger scale of the mechanical damages, local corrosion or technological defects of the main metal or welding
points
- detection of the reasons and speeds of the local corrosion processes including biocorrosion (microbiological factor included)
- evaluation of protection and isolation cover using contactless methods of voltage measuring
