Contactless magnetometric defectoscopy (method of the metals magnetic memory)

For technical inspection of underground and underwater parts of pipelines the experts of POLYINFORM developed unique hardware-program system of non-destructive testing KMD-01M.

The system KMD-01M is based on the thin-film magneto-resistive transducer, determining the high sensitivity of the device and diagnostics selectivity
The discovering of the pipes parts with the defects is made distantly from the surface of earth or water surface without digging out a pipeline while normal operating mode.

The system can be installed on different vehicles: automobiles, boats, aircraft or submersibles. KMD-01M, mounted on the pilotless aircraft, provides automatic data and coordinates registering and their transferring to dispatchers in real time mode (twenty-four-hour and all-weather coverage of the situation with the coordinate measurement of the high attention objects). Detection of small objects is made of ultra-high resolution, providing radio-wave of object with a resolution approaching the resolution of the human eye.
The contactless technical inspection of pipelines is carried out in accordance with the norms of Regulations RD 102-008-2002 approved by OA VNIIST and agreed by Federal Agency for Ecological, Technical and Nuclear Control.
New design, technological solutions and software developed for the measuring equipment are protected by 7 patents of Russia.
In 2010 the system received a positive conclusion of the Scientific-Technical Council of State Corporation "Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies" signed by three active members of Russian Academy of Science.
In 2011 the technology passed the technical expertise of 10 independent experts of the Skolkovo Found for receiving the status of the innovation project. The company became a participant of Skolkovo Found
